Two rifles, two pairs of boots and two Kevlar helmets are assembled in front of the American and Marine Corps flags during a memorial service Dec. 12 to honor Lance Cpl. Charles "Chuck" A. Hanson, 22, of Panacea, Fla., and Lance Cpl. Adam R. Brooks, 20, of Manchester, N.H. Both are members of Bravo Company, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines. The men were killed in action patrol in south-central Iraq Nov. 28.
